Role Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer concerns professionally, and supporting day-to-day communication activities.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Note: Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
