Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, promote sportswear products, and support sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain sportswear products, features, pricing, and offers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order-related queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
