Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller for our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, promoting the products, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Maintain a record of all calls and sales activities in the database.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or regional languages.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
