Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our career advisors. This is not cold calling or direct sales your focus will be to understand the lead's interest, provide accurate information, and guide them toward the next step in the process. You'll work closely with our CRM and automation tools to maintain lead status and collaborate with the Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-generated leads and understand their background and interest
- Identify client needs and provide accurate, relevant information about our services
- Nurture leads from initial contact to a scheduled call with our career advisors
- Meet daily call and conversation targets majority of your time will be spent on live calls
- Build rapport with clients and answer questions in a calm, confident manner
- Log every call and lead update accurately in our CRM system
- Work with the automation team to ensure leads move through the funnel smoothly
- Coordinate with the Inside Sales team to hand off warm leads for follow-up and closure
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead qualification (US shift preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to stay patient and composed while listening and guiding conversations
- Good written communication for basic email and CRM updates
- Familiarity with using CRM software, spreadsheets, and email tools
- Willingness to work full-time night shifts (MondayFriday)
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
- Basic computer literacy (typing, MS Office, Gmail)
