Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to clients and resellers, and maintaining relationships to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include providing product information, addressing customer concerns, generating interest in the company's products, and following up on leads. The role requires maintaining accurate customer records and contributing to the growth of Needle Style's reseller and retailer network.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and customers.
- Proficiency in telecalling, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.
- Ability to understand and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of customer communication and sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of telecommunication systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic, on-site work environment.
- Experience in a similar role or customer service roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple local languages is an added advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
