Position : Telecaller - Agriculture & Farmer Outreach
Location: Gurugram or Remote
Duties And Responsibilities
- Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field
- Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records
- Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to respective field teams
- Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence
- Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes
- Talk to farmer over the call based on the provided SOP.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Agriculture or any fields.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (both speaking and understanding required).
- Good understanding of agriculture, horticulture, plantation crops, and farming practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
- Prior experience in farmer engagement, agri extension services, or rural outreach.
- Knowledge of plantation crops, agroforestry, or sustainable agriculture practices.
- Experience in telecalling, coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
