Telecaller Position

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Ranchi. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for handling phone-based interactions. As a Telecaller, you will be the front line of our company's engagement efforts, responsible for reaching out to clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires someone with 1-10 years of experience who is comfortable working in an office setting on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but also have the ability to go off-script when needed.
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile to meet their needs.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required Skills:

• Proven strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions and strong telephone etiquette.
• The ability to handle stressful situations appropriately and professionally.

Secondary Skills:

• Effective time management abilities to handle multitasking under tight deadlines.

Experience Range:

1-10 years

Job Timing:

This position is an in-office role requiring standard office hours commitment each day.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position located in Ranchi.
