Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will engage with potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about the courses and services offered by Meduley. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of communication, and assisting with student onboarding processes. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing team to ensure excellent client service and high customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Customer service and relationship-building expertise
• Proficiency in telecalling techniques and professional phone etiquette
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle and resolve inquiries effectively
• Basic computer skills, along with knowledge of CRM software and data management
• Ability to work in a team environment and support organizational goals
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
