Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, providing information about products or services, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads generated through calls. The role requires strong communication and persuasion abilities, as well as effective time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Minimum 2 yrs experience required in Wellness and Aesthetics.
• Proficiency in handling customer interactions and resolving queries
• Interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet call targets
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
