JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
To handle inbound and outbound customer calls, promote jewellery products and offers, maintain customer relationships, and support showroom sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Communication
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for promotions, follow-ups, and reminders.
Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone at all times.
Sales Support
Promote jewellery collections, new arrivals, offers, and festive schemes.
Fix showroom visit appointments for potential customers.
Assist the sales team by generating customer leads through telecalling.
Customer Relationship Management
Update and maintain the customer database (contact details, preferences, purchase history).
Follow up with customers for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals) to build loyalty.
Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Record call details, outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly call targets are achieved.
Submit call reports to the showroom manager.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication skills ( Hindi & English preferred).
Good telephone etiquette and persuasive ability.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
MS Office / basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate
