Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential customers through research, databases, and proactive outbound calling.
· Sales Pitching & Closing: Present service features, highlight benefits, negotiate prices, and successfully close sales deals over the phone to meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
Essential Requirements
· Education: A High School diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven 1–4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a IT sales role.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and strong persuasive/negotiation skills.
· Tech-Savviness: Basic proficiency in using computers, office software, and CRM databases.
· Soft Skills: High resilience to handle rejection, excellent stress management, and a highly motivated, target-driven attitude.
