Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to high-net-worth prospects from curated databases
Present luxury residential projects with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Qualify leads and identify genuine buying interest
Schedule and coordinate site visits with senior sales consultants
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to premium properties
Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up records, and CRM updates
Consistently achieve calling, lead generation, and conversion benchmarks

Eligibility & Experience
Minimum 13 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
Prior experience in real estate (preferably luxury or premium segment) is mandatory
Strong command over English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Polished communication, persuasive skills, and professional phone etiquette
Ability to engage premium clients with confidence and discretion
