We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
