Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller / Lead Generation & Conversion Executive (B2B) based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibility is to engage with potential business clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships. Additional tasks include cold calling, following up on inquiries, maintaining client databases, and effectively communicating ENN Consultancy's services. The role requires proactive client engagement, building rapport, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers in industrial sectors
- Introduce and position ENN Consultancy's services (ISO, process improvement, etc.) with a strong value proposition
- Identify, qualify, andnurture high-potential leads
- Handle objections effectively anddrive prospects toward conversion
- Schedulehigh-quality, conversion-ready meetingsfor the sales team
- Perform consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the decision cycle
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to improvelead-to-conversion ratio
- Achieve targets for calls, leads, andconversion outcomes
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to initiate conversations, listen actively, and convey service-related information effectively
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client conversion, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing client databases for organized follow-ups and lead tracking
- Basic knowledge of sales and client relationship management practices
- Ability to meet targets
- Previous experience in consulting or ISO certification fields is a plus
- Proficiency in regional and English languages for effective communication is an added advantage
Salary and Incentives:
