Kriosk Creatta is a creative design firm dedicated to innovatively combining art and commercial applications. Our team consists of 10 professionals, including designers, content writers, conceptual thinkers, and developers, with experience ranging from 2 to 10 years in their respective fields. This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller role located in Ahmedabad. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, supporting customer inquiries, and providing solutions to customer needs. Other key responsibilities include maintaining customer records in the system, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Consistent communication and follow-up will also be a key component of the role to build strong relationships with clients.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and support
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer databases
• Time management skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are a plus
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred
