Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote Kogta Financial's loan products and services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing information about loan options, understanding customer requirements, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining an accurate record of communications. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist customers and ensure their needs are addressed.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
  • Basic knowledge of loan products, financial services, or experience in a similar domain is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for managing records and customer information
  • Good listening skills and ability to address customer queries effectively
  • Capability to work in a goal-oriented environment and manage time efficiently
  • Fluency in Hindi and/or local languages is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
