Job Description:

As a Telecaller you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to the prospective students seeking admission to overseas educational institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Taking Information from the raw data through calling.

2.Responsible for generating walk-in through calls.

3.Connecting to the counselor or product specialist and provide them data of prospective walk-in students for conducting counseling.

4.Should be sharp and active in conducting regular follow ups through calls and mails.

5.Responsible for handling calls, resolving queries and working on raw data through calls and mail.

6.Responsible for handling mails.

7.Meet the calling and sales targets and fulfill the deadlines timely.

8.Maintain the proper records of every student.

9.Should have strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications:

1.12^th and any graduate

2.Freshers can apply

3.Should have good knowledge of computer

Required Skills:

1.Should be fluent in English(verbal/written)

2.Should be calm, composed and have patience with pleasing and presentable personality.

3.Proficient in drafting and handling mails

4.Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

5.Should have ability to negotiate and influence other.

6.Self-motivated, ability to fulfill the targets and meet deadlines.

7.Should be an active listener.
