Job Description

We are looking for a Hard-Core Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with strong Cold Calling & Sales Experience. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, target-oriented, and experienced in converting leads into customers.

Key Requirements

• JUSTDIAL / INDIAMART experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Female candidates preferred
• Strong hands-on Cold Calling & Sales experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries and explain products/services.
• Maintain lead and call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Cold Calling.
• Prior experience with JUSTDIAL or INDIAMART is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
• B2B/B2C sales or lead-generation experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred.
