Working time

6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

10 am to 7 pm office hours

Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education

12th pass.

Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Pass out with result in hand.)

Work Experience

Fresher with good comms.

Min. 6 months 5 years exp. From BPO Outbound process.

Gender

Female/ Male

Industry Exposure Required

Can communicate in Hindi and English both

Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.

Lead Generation process

Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Compensation Band

For fresher

16k in hand- 19500 CTC

For Exp.-

Up to 21k. In hand/CTC same. (no pf Deduction)

Criteria

• Min -12th Pass out Candidate.
• With No MTI-Mother Tongue issue (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH Sound Error)
• RTI-Regional touch issue (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)
• Speech Clarity Required
• Age- Min.18 and Max-34
• Talkative candidate
• Must spoke 3-4 line on every given topic.
