We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication. Candidates with a minimum qualification of 12th standard are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Provide information about products/services clearly and effectively.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly calling targets.
- Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and punctual attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
