Description

We are seeking motivated Telecallers to join our skin and hair clinic in Salem or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and managing client communications. This role is suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferrably in aesthetic clinics or skin and hair clinics.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote clinic services.
• Provide information about skin and hair treatments offered by the clinic.
• Answer client queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the database.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall clinic growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Basic knowledge of skin and hair care treatments is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary: upto 20K per month plus incentives.

Work Location: Salem or Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing: 9 am to 6 pm (6 days working, Any one day off on the weekday. Sunday will be work from home)
