Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers for real estate projects and present property details clearly and convincingly.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and conversation handling.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions using MS-Excel and CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and real estate project teams to support site visits and client meetings.
- Build trust and strong relationships with clients to improve conversions and maximize sales.
- Address customer queries related to properties, amenities, locations, pricing, etc., professionally.
- Stay updated with current real estate trends, project updates, and market activities to identify new opportunities.
