Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information or assistance as required.
- Make outbound calls for reminders, confirmations, or follow-ups (e.g., attendance, HR updates, event coordination).
- Maintain call records and update databases/CRM systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Operations) to relay information.
- Assist employees/customers with queries related to policies, schedules, or documentation.
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues to the concerned department.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance verification, data collection, and reporting.
