Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls/day to registered gig-worker applicants within defined TAT.
- Connect with the applicant, leads that are provided, within 24 hours of receipt.
- Follow approved calling scripts while maintaining a friendly, persuasive tone.
- Validate basic eligibility:
Age, location, availability
- Vehicle ownership/license (if applicable)
- Smartphone & app familiarity
- And fix their schedule with the concerned team (details will be provided).
- Perform follow-ups/day for:
- Missed calls
- Incomplete applications
- No-show onboarding
- Accurately update applicant details in CRM/ATS daily.
- Track call outcomes, reasons for drop-outs, and joining status.
- Submit daily and weekly MIS reports as per format.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy with zero duplicate or incorrect entries.
