Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Interact with customers over the telephone, making outgoing calls and handling incoming calls.
Generate leads for the sales team through telecalling activities.
Respond promptly to customer queries and provide necessary information.
Promote products or services effectively to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-up on generated leads.
Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

27 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Excellent communication skills (verbal).
Basic knowledge of computers is required.
Ability to sustain conversations and handle objections professionally.
Knowledge of the IT field is an added advantage.
