SaasAro is hiring Telecallers to join our growing Sales Team in Gurugram!

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
What You'll Do• Make outbound calls to hotel owners, managers & decision-makers
• Introduce SaasAro's Hotel PMS, Channel Manager & Booking Engine
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Schedule product demos
• Maintain lead & follow-up records in CRM
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
Who Can Apply• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are welcome
• 0–2 years of telecalling / sales experience
• Good Hindi & basic English communication
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Target-oriented and disciplined
• Hospitality / software sales experience is a plus
Salary & Incentives18,000 – 20,000/month + Performance Incentives
Potential monthly earnings: 25,000–35,000+ based on performance.
