• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients/customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into appointments/sales.
• Explain hospital services and assist patients with queries.
• Maintain call records and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the hospital team for smooth patient handling.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Hospital/Healthcare environment experience is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
