TELECALLER HNI clients - MUMBAI LOCATION ONLY

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective UNI/HNI/FAMILY OFFICE CLIENTS. The role involves explaining basic investment offerings in a clear, compliant manner, capturing and updating client information accurately in internal systems, and following up on leads to support business development. The Telecaller will handle inbound queries, provide prompt and courteous responses, and escalate complex questions to the appropriate teams. The position also includes maintaining call logs, and setting up meetings for manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication in English and relevant regional languages as it requires Quality conversations with HNI/UHNI clients.
• Customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally over the phone.
• Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, fixed income, and other investment solutions, or willingness to learn quickly preferable
• Proficiency in using telecalling systems, CRM tools, and basic office software for data entry and call documentation.
• Minimum educational qualification: GRADUATE degree in any discipline; finance or commerce background is an advantage. Experienced preferred.
• FLUENCY in ENGLISH, HINDI, GUJARATI PREFERRED.
