About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle healthcare leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns. The role involves connecting with prospective patients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant healthcare services, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage with prospective patients and understand their healthcare requirements.
- Explain available treatments, consultations, and healthcare services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate call records and appointment status updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling lead follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or healthcare coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
