Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the team leader.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
