Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Salt Lake. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to provide information about our services, answer queries, and guide them through the financial solutions we offer. Daily tasks will include making calls, maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and assisting with resolving client issues. The role requires effective communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful lead conversion.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of financial services and products
• Ability to handle and resolve client queries efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining client databases
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
