Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or a related field into REAL ESTATE for the RAJAJINAGAR LOCATION, with a passion for sales and customer service. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
