Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
