We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service and sales. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
• Document feedback from customers and report it to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
