Telecaller Female

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and assisting in resolving customer issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers regarding their inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and maintain performance metrics.
• Assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of telemarketing principles and practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in CRM software is an advantage.
