Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties.
- Explain the features and benefits of properties to clients.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
