Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound calling, generate leads, and support customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills along with basic knowledge of CAD CAM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and maintain customer data
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Handle basic customer queries and provide support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
- Female candidates preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Basic knowledge of CAD CAM software (Mandatory)
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
- Positive attitude and convincing ability
