Telecaller Female - Dadar

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated female Telecaller to join our team in Dadar, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and following up with leads.

Location: Dadar W Mumbai

Salary: 15 -20k

Shift timings : 10am to 8pm

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
