We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their needs, and promoting our products and services. Bengali language is a must.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Achieve monthly targets and performance metrics set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
