Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Telecaller Executive at Triangle Mind Technologies Private Limited. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information on products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of IT technologies is a plus
• Intermediate school diploma or equivalent
