Role Overview:

The Tele-caller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls and/or handling inbound calls.

Following approved call scripts and communication guidelines.

Answering customer/candidates questions politely and accurately.

Following up with customers/candidates when required.

Escalating queries or issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Meeting daily or weekly call and productivity targets.

Maintaining professionalism and proper phone etiquette at all times.

Key Requirements:

Any Graduate or Diploma

Good verbal communication skills in the required language(s).

Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.

Basic listening and comprehension skills.

Willingness to follow call scripts and instructions.

Comfort with making or handling a high volume of calls.

Basic computer or mobile handling skills for data entry.
