Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective Channel Partners (brokers) to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with Channel Partners regarding project updates, inventory availability, pricing, offers and site visit schedules.
  • Generate, qualify and share leads received through Channel Partners with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, lead status and follow-up activities in CRM.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits and presentations for the Channel Partner Sales team.
  • Follow up with brokers on pending leads, documentation, bookings and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to Channel Partner activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Channel Partner queries.
  • Support the Channel Partner team in achieving business targets through effective telecalling and relationship management.
  • Ensure timely communication of new project launches, promotional schemes and marketing campaigns to Channel Partners.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales Coordination or Channel Partner Support, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
