About The Role

We are looking for Client in Lubricant Industry.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Generate leads and coordinate with potential customers
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and services
• Maintain customer database and daily calling reports
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Explain company products and services effectively
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of Telecalling or Telesales
• Candidates with lubricant industry experience will be preferred
• Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong follow-up and client handling skills
