Salary & Incentives

• Salary: 10,000 – 18,000 per month
• Incentive: 5,000 per franchise sale
• Retention Benefit: 20% salary hike annually, based on performance and company policy

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: All Sundays & Festivals
• Work From Home: Available after successfully completing 3 months of employment

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads
• Explain insurance and automobile-related products/services
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Convert prospects into franchise sales
• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Ensure timely follow-ups and update lead status
