Telecaller Executive

About Us:

Envision Overseas Education is a leading consultancy dedicated to guiding students through every step of their journey toward higher education abroad. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas education.

• Achieve a minimum of 80 spoken-to outbound calls daily.

• Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes.

• Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Schedule appointments for education counselors.

• Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.

Working days - Mon To Sat

Timing - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Location - Lowerparel, Mumbai
