Job description : We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. Telecaller should do outbound calls to potential customers, and generate leads for software, web design services. Telecaller is responsible to convert their leads to revenue. Telecallers should be fluent in English and Malayalam. Ability to make high volume calls effectively. Have to prepare call list from various sources via google. Work Timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Saturday) Salary will be based on experience. Salary will be on 60:40 basis. ie 60% fixed salary and remaining variable 40% based on target achievements. Additional incentives are there after targets achievements.
