This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Kolkata. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, making outbound calls, providing product or service information, addressing customer inquiries, and documenting feedback for continuous improvement. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and local languages
• Customer relationship management skills and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively
• Organizational and record-keeping skills to document customer interactions accurately
• Sales aptitude with the ability to persuade customers and promote products and services
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software
• Previous experience in a telecalling, customer service, or similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
