Unihunt is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their academic interests, and guiding them toward suitable educational opportunities. The role involves regular calling, follow-ups, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to students from provided data/leads
- Explain available courses, colleges, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and interests
- Generate and qualify leads for the counseling/admission team
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain consistent communication
- Update call records and student details in the system
- Coordinate with the admission/counseling team for further process
- Maintain professional communication and positive engagement with students
Requirements- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and clear speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle calls and manage data effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling (preferred but not mandatory)
