Telecaller Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Executive based in Pune City. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, explaining services and solutions offered by Bizclar India Private Limited, and handling customer inquiries via phone calls. The role includes maintaining a detailed record of communication, following up on leads, and contributing to the company's growth by effectively communicating the value of our financial consultancy services.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in relevant languages
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and services like government schemes, subsidies, and business loans
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals
• Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
