Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Part-Time Telecaller to join our Import & Export team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business partners, qualifying trade leads, and supporting our international sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calling to prospective clients, vendors, and partners in the international trade and logistics sectors.
Pitch Alteneiji Group's import/export solutions and general trading services to potential leads.
Qualify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales and business development teams.
Log outreach activities, client responses, and pipeline details accurately in CRM spreadsheets/logs.
Maintain regular communications with team supervisors to report daily outreach targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Education: +2 (12th Pass) or above.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support are welcome. (Experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export is a plus).
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Professional demeanor with good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and email.
